Rockhopper is hard to find, isn’t he? Sorry, I’m not posting a tracker, but I’ll give you some tips on how to find him. But first, I would like to tell you something else. When I search for Rockhopper, it’s actually easy for me to find him. But this time, in his recent Late February-Early March visit, he was very hard to find. I try to look in Yeti, but that server is too full! Sometimes I check in Mittens, but that server is too full and usually is open about 4 times spaced apart. But here you go folks! Rockhopper searching tips:
1. Check in servers with all green bars filled up, but not full.
2. Ask around. Say “Where is Rockhopper?”
3. If you want to go into a room, and it appears to be too full, Rockhopper may be there, so make sure to wait outside!
4. Check in the rooms he goes to often such as The Dock, The Migrator, The Iceburg, The Plaza, and the Forest.
5. Look for huge crowds of penguins!
6. If there are a bunch of red penguins more than usual, and if they are shouting Rockhopper, Rockhopper must have been there or he is currently there!
Sometimes Rockhopper is just a Robot. You can tell that by if he says the same sentences over and over again, or if it sounds like unnatural annoying blabbering or if he doesn’t answer anyone’s questions.
But sometimes there is a real person being Rockhopper. Here are the top ways to get Rockhopper to remember you if you see him.
1. Send him mail
2. Don’t shout “OMG IT’S ROCKHOPPER” in caps. Remain calm and try to have a conversation.
3. And Give him some space. There are lots of penguins crowded around him. To show you care about him, give him some personal space. Then you can stand outside the crowd and he can see your messages better!
If you go to a Rockhopper Tracker that says “100% Accurate” Here’s the true way to tell. Check the last time it was updated. If it says “Mittens, Ship Hold” And it says “Updated March 3, 2009″ and today is the 9th, you know it’s wrong. It might be 100% accurate, but it’s probably not 100% updated
Good Luck Finding Rockhopper!
